After graduating from Catholic University School of Law in 1993, I joined the Maryland Bar and soon after the District of Columbia Bar. I have been in private practice since 1994 and ‘on his own’ since 1996. The years of private practice in Washington, DC allowed me to join the North Carolina Bar in 2001. I have always centered my practice around real estate related matters, and in recent years also focused on land use matters (tirelessly trying to reintroduce local government to the concept that property rights are a foundation of our free country).
